This build is sized to your business. We count your pages, your locations, everyone who takes bookings, your services, your forms and the tools we connect. We count the customer list we move over too. We show you that count before anything is agreed. We connect one card payment service, and that is included. You still pay the usual fee for taking card payments.

Everything in the website plus booking build, across 4 to 8 pages. That covers your services, your team and each location.
Photos for every page, service and season. We use your real photos first. We label any background we make on a computer.

What happens after I get in touch?

We look at your business and send you one short plan in writing. Nothing gets built until you approve it, and what we agree goes into your agreement before you pay anything.

Do I have to get on a call?

No. Send us an email or a text and we will answer the same way. We only phone you if you ask us to.

What is the monthly plan for?

If we keep your customer list, we keep it on computers here in Canada. We copy it every night, and we keep the last seven days of copies. Every plan pays for hosting, your web address and security updates. You get an hour or two of changes a month. There is no fee per person, so hiring changes nothing. We never take a cut of your bookings. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

The guarantee

You do not pay if you do not like the website.

Your deposit is fully refundable through the first design reveal. If you do not like what you see, you say so and we give every dollar back. You pay the balance when the site is live and doing its job. Everything becomes yours on the final payment. We cannot promise a ranking on Google or a number of bookings. Nobody honest can.

What are the payment terms?

You pay in three parts. You pay the first part to start. You pay the second when you have seen it on a private preview link and said yes. You pay the last part when it is live. The first payment stays fully refundable through the first design reveal. When you make the final payment, the files, the design, your web address and your customer list are yours. Two rounds of changes are included.

Do you guarantee rankings or bookings?

We do not guarantee rankings. Do not trust anyone who does. We do sell the work on your Google listing and your pages. But Google decides where you appear, not us. Nobody can put that in writing. Every build includes the basics. We write your services, hours and prices so Google and the AI answers repeat them correctly. We do put the promise above this table in writing, and you decide whether we met it.

Why is there a monthly plan on every build?

Because someone has to keep your website online, watch it, update it and copy it every week it is live. There is no fee per person, so hiring changes nothing. We never take a cut of your bookings. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice and take everything with you.

Can I buy just one piece?

Yes. Maybe you want one part of a build, or something that is not on this page at all. Tell us what the problem is and we will get back to you. We recommend the website and booking together. We will say so if a smaller piece is the right one for you.
